Twelve Data provides comprehensive end-of-day pricing data from over 100 exchanges worldwide. The complete list of supported venues is available on our Exchanges page.

Usage guidelines

  • Personal plans: Data is restricted to individual, non-commercial use only.

  • Business plans: Data may be used for internal business operations. External distribution to end-users is prohibited.

  • External commercial use or white-labeling: Available via request on the Data Add-ons page. Approval depends on the specific exchange and market regulations—our team will guide you through compliance.

Specifications

  1. Asset class: Equities, ETFs, Mutual Funds, Currencies, Crypto, Bonds, Derivatives, Indices.

  2. History: Full historical data available

  3. Format: JSON, CSV

  4. Delay: End-of-Day (EOD)

  5. Fields: Open, high, low, close, volume, reference data (e.g. ISIN, MIC), corporate actions

  6. Intervals: 1-min to 1-month

Price confirmation process

  • Unconfirmed prices: Initially released as preliminary data from the exchange.

  • Confirmed prices: Finalized and available for download after the exchange's official daily reconciliation.
