You can apply for a discount by reaching our support team at info@twelvedata.com or via online chat. Make sure to include all required information and the current API key. Once you receive a response from our support team that the coupon was applied to your account, you are good to go with the subscription purchase.

Please note you can pay for the subscription where a discount was applied only using your credit or debit card.

As you go through the payment process, you should be able to see a discount applied to your plan on the checkout page:

You need to specify your card details and click the Upgrade button to proceed with the payment.

If you received a personal discount coupon, you could use this on the checkout page where you need to click the link "I have coupon code":

After that, you need to input your coupon code in the field and click Verify:

If the coupon is valid, you should be able to see the applied discount code:
