In some cases you may require an invoice/receipt for the subscription you paid, e.g., for the tax exempt or accounting records.

You can easily find out all paid invoices and download a formal document as needed via your profile (Billing ❯ Invoices ❯ Download):

You will get two options:

Depending on what is required, you can download a pdf copy of an Invoice or a receipt by clicking the relevant button.

Note, that currently you can download invoices inly if the payments are down using credit card. If you need PayPal invoices please contact our support.
