In some cases you may require an invoice/receipt for the subscription you paid, e.g., for the tax exempt or accounting records.
To access your invoices, log in to your Twelve Data account and navigate to the Billing section from your account dashboard. In the Invoices subsection, all your paid invoices can be viewed and downloaded as formal documents.
You will get two options:
Download a receipt
Download an invoice
Depending on what is required, you can download a pdf copy of an Invoice or a receipt by clicking the relevant button. Each invoice also includes essential details such as the company's address at the bottom, in accordance with standard requirements.

Currently, invoices are available for download only for payments made using a credit card. If you used PayPal and cannot find your invoices, ensure your account details are correct and contact Twelve Data’s support team for further assistance.
