Where to find the invoices

If you need to download your invoice for a certain month this article will show you how to find all the invoices which were billed.

In some cases you may require an invoice or receipt for the subscription you paid, for example for tax exemption or accounting records.

Individual pricing:

To access your invoices, log in to your Twelve Data account and navigate to the Billing section from your account dashboard. In the Invoices subsection, all your paid invoices can be viewed and downloaded as formal documents.

For individual subscriptions, payments are processed via Paddle. Invoices and receipts are sent to your email after each payment. You can also view and download them anytime in the Customer portal, which can be accessed from the Payment methods section in your account.

Business pricing:

For business subscriptions, invoices can be accessed in your Twelve Data account.

Go to the Billing section in your dashboard and open the Invoices subsection, where all paid invoices can be viewed and downloaded.
