Are you still waiting for your confirmation email from Twelve Data? Here's what most likely happened and how to solve the issue.

After registering your Twelve Data account, you should receive a confirmation email

within 10 minutes. If you haven't received it by then, the email address you gave

may be incorrect, or the registration process may not have been completed

successfully.

To troubleshoot and locate your confirmation email, follow these steps:

  1. Verify that you signed up using the correct email address.

  2. Search your inbox for the Twelve Data verification email by searching for 'api@twelvedata.com'.

  3. Check your junk and promotional folders.

  4. Please review your email settings. Some providers may filter our emails, so please ensure emails from Twelve Data are not redirected or blocked.
