ISIN access is now available through Twelve Data as an Add On, so regardless of your plan, you can gain ISIN access quickly and easily.
Add-ons are optional enhancements or extra features you can purchase on top of your existing subscription. They provide access to additional datasets, specific exchange licenses, dedicated connections, and other specialized tools tailored to your financial data needs.
You can request ISIN access through the Add-ons section of your account. To do this please follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Navigate to data on demand
Start by accessing your profile page and locating the Add-ons section. From there, click the "Request data" button as shown in the interface.
Step 2: Select required data
On the Request dataset page:
Choose ISIN Access from the dropdown menu
Review your selection
Click the "Next" button to proceed
Step 3: Provide the necessary details
On the following page, you'll need to:
Enter your personal information or organisation details
Describe your use case for the ISIN access
Attach any relevant documents that might help with our due diligence process
Ensure you tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions
Click "Next" to submit your request
Step 4: Await processing
After submission, your request will enter our queue. Our team will review your application and contact you so you can complete your purchase to gain ISIN access. You will receive notification once your request has been processed. Processing should not take longer than 24 hours.
